
Return Policy
We love making things easy for our customers, and we hope you'll make things easy for us too! While we'd love to accept every return, we can only do so in certain cases.
Returns Are Accepted Only for Two Reasons:
Wrong Item Received – If we sent you something different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at greenenvycosmetics@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Damaged Item Upon Arrival – No need to return it! Just take a clear photograph of the damage and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we verify the damage, we’ll send a replacement.
⏳ Important: Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Any item marked "All Sales Final" (noted in the product description).
Opened or used items (unless they arrived damaged).
Custom or personalized products.
How to Return an Eligible Item
We accept returns by mail only for eligible items.
📩 Steps to Request a Return:
Email us at greenenvycosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
We’ll provide the correct return address once we confirm eligibility. (Please don’t use the address on the package—it may not be the return location!)
📦 Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.
We do not accept returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid by us.
Keep your tracking number—we’re not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
💳 Refunds & Processing:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
We only refund the item price—shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Lost or Delayed Packages
📦 Lost or Delayed by Postal Service:
We are not responsible for errors caused by postal carriers.
If your package has not arrived within 7 weeks of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at greenenvycosmetics@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate.
📦 Returned Mail (Wrong Address Provided):
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay for re-shipping.
We will contact you for the correct address before reshipping.
📦 Refused or Unclaimed Mail:
If you refuse delivery or fail to claim the package, the order is non-refundable.
